All orders placed with Mo’Afrique are custom-made according to your specifications, including but not limited to measurements, fabric choices, and design elements. As these items are tailored specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any custom orders.

We make every effort to ensure that your order is produced to your exact specifications. It is essential that you review and confirm all details of your order, including measurements and design preferences, prior to finalizing your purchase. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have verified and accepted all order details.

In the event that alterations are necessary, we are pleased to assist you. Please contact our customer service team to arrange for any required adjustments. Note that additional costs may apply for alterations.
