How long does tailoring take?

Production typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. If anything changes, we tell you straight away.

Can it be made to my measurements?

Yes. Book a bespoke measurement on WhatsApp or send us your measurements. Custom-tailored orders are final unless they arrive defective.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer or card, securely through Paystack. Full payment is required before production begins.

Do you deliver outside Nigeria?

Yes. International customers pay any customs duties and taxes in their country.

Can I return a piece?

Ready-to-wear pieces can be returned unworn and unwashed, with tags, within 14 days for store credit or an exchange. Report any defect within 7 days of delivery.
