Refund & Return Policy

1. Custom-Tailored Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our garments (e.g., agbadas, kaftans), custom orders are final and non-refundable unless defective or incorrectly produced by us.
For defects, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos for assessment.

2. Ready-to-Wear Items

Unworn, unwashed items with tags intact may be returned within 14 days for store credit or exchange.
Customers cover return shipping; refunds exclude original shipping fees.

3. How to Initiate a Return
Email returns@moafrique.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped to:

4. Refund Processing

Refunds (if applicable) are issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
