1. Custom-Tailored Orders

• Due to the personalized nature of our garments (e.g., agbadas, kaftans), custom orders are final and non-refundable unless defective or incorrectly produced by us.

• For defects, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos for assessment.

2. Ready-to-Wear Items

• Unworn, unwashed items with tags intact may be returned within 14 days for store credit or exchange.

• Customers cover return shipping; refunds exclude original shipping fees.
